You will receive an email receipt to confirm that you’ve submitted it. We also recommend checking out the Project 3 Partnership Guide.

Once we create your partnership, you cannot change it later.

If you believe an error occurred in your partnership formation, or you would like to request to dissolve your partnership, please fill out the Project 3 Partnership Adjustment Form.
